Job description:

The Head of Omnichannel and Customer Experience is accountable for leading Scope's ecommerce business into our next stage of growth.

And turning this into a future significant income stream for the charity.

The Role

In this role you will develop and drive the implementation of an eCommerce strategy, and a programme to garner customer insights across all channels.

You will collaborate with the Head of Retail Shops to connect Scope's online and brick and mortar propositions.

You will use customer insights to inform the buying and merchandising of new goods, and to inform future propositions, including brand and format, and instore experience.

You will also lead on plans to strengthen our partnerships with retail corporate donors, and diversify and grow quality stock donations to drive income and deliver profit.

It is expected the role will be based at the hub for 3 days per week to provide leadership presence.

The other two days per week will be spent travelling or working from home.

About you
You will be an experienced eCommerce leader. And already at a head of level in your current role.

You will have extensive experience of leading large, diverse teams, through a period of growth or change. Strong communication and collaboration skills are critical in this role.

You will also have a commercial and entrepreneurial mindset and understanding of the customer journey. And finally have your finger on the pulse of trends in the digital commerce world.
