Description
To provide an efficient, Courteous and helpful reception service to Patients, their families and other Professionals when they contact the Ward/Clinic, to undertake various clerical duties associated with the custody and use of Health Records.
This will include all administrative procedures and documentation associated with a patient's journey through the Midwifery Service, as outlined in the Patient Access Policy.
An opportunity has arisen for a dynamic Ward Clerk to join the Children's Ward and Paediatric Assessment Unit.We are seeking an individual who is enthusiastic, hardworking, efficient, approachable, and ultimately committed to providing high standards of clerical support.
You must have excellent communication skills and be computer literate, have good time management skills and be able to prioritise your workload on this very busy ward.
