    Description

    Job Title: Production Manager

    A global automotive component manufacturer requires a highly skilled and experienced Production Manager to oversee the operational team and ensure the health, safety, and well-being of employees.

    The Role

    1. Lead and manage a team of Team Leaders, focusing on performance management, absence, disciplinary, and grievance issues.
    2. Assume full headcount ownership for directs and indirects within your reporting line, maintaining skilled staffing levels.
    3. Oversee daily operations, including manufacturing processes, quality control, and continuous improvement initiatives.

    Requirements

    1. Prior experience in a fast-paced automotive manufacturing environment.
    2. Fully trained in Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures and auditing capabilities.
    3. Strong understanding of IATF 16949 and its application in a production setting.
    4. Flexibility to work across a three-shift pattern, ensuring seamless operation.
