Salary:
£22,000 to £28,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Location: Norton Way Honda, Norton Way Group, Letchworth, Herts

Hours:

Monday to Friday 08:00 to 18:00, alternate Saturdays 08:00 to 12:30Norton Way Group has been in business since 1989 with one site and a handful of employees.

We are now a multi-franchise business, with 7 sites across London, Hertfordshire, and Bedfordshire, with over 400 staff, and future growth already in the planning.

Our Honda dealership is located, a 5-minute walk from the town centre with great commuter links, green spaces, and parks to enjoy on your lunch or after work.

This is a full-time permanent position, starting immediately.


What you will be doing:


Take orders from customers and other departmentsPlace orders, preparing invoices, parts issue sheets, delivery notes and other documentation relating to the order process.

Support the Honda online parts sales when required.

Check all stock coming in or out of the business must be inspected for damage and packaged correctly for transportation
What we need from you:

Knowledge of this role will have ideally been gained from a main dealership setting. And want to provide the highest level of customer service.

Excellent communication skills, both in-person and over the telephoneOrganised and be able to show flexibility with the role, working well within a team or independently.

Having worked within an automotive parts department previously would be an advantage, as the role does require you to have some vehicle technical knowledge, to assist customers when they call the department.

A full UK driving licence would be an advantage, but not essential.
Salary
- £22,000 to £28,000 per annum (depending on experience)
