    Global Wind Service is a leading supplier of manpower for wind turbine installation and servicing. Our team plays an integral role in delivering excellent service and results.

    We are looking for experienced HSEQ Field Officers to provide safe services of high quality and exceed our customers' expectations.

    About the Role

    This position involves ensuring a proper safety culture among employees, facilitating HSEQ coaching and awareness programs, and addressing actions resultant from safety management system audits.

    • Raise management and staff awareness of safety accountabilities and responsibilities
    • Facilitate HSEQ coaching and safety awareness programs
    • Assist in addressing identified actions resultant from safety management system audits
    • Encourage prompt reporting of non-conformities, hazard observations, near misses, and accidents
    • Undertake random inspections of protection equipment and processes

    Requirements

    To be successful in this role, you should have:

    • Solid experience of HSEQ activities during project execution
    • Ability to coach and train employees towards a proper safety approach
    • Systematic and persistent self-starter able to work under limited supervision
    • Cooperative, communicative, open-minded, and flexible attitude
    • Knowledge from the wind industry is preferable
    • Readiness to travel on projects worldwide
