Job Overview:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Care Assistants to join our team.

Duties:

Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
Administer medication according to care plans and document any changes or concerns
Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed

Accompany clients to appointments or social outings
Assist with light housekeeping tasks such as tidying up living areas and doing laundry
Follow care plans and communicate any changes or observations to the appropriate healthcare professionals
Maintain accurate documentation of care provided

Skills:

Proficient in using IT systems for documentation purposes
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Ability to effectively communicate with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals
Knowledge of home care practices and procedures
Ability to follow care plans accurately and provide personalized care based on individual needs
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
