Non Renewal Executive

How you'll spend your day:
- Foster strong relationships with inactive or former customers through regular communication and personalised engagement
- Work alongside our marketing team to develop and implement winback campaigns to reengage former customers
- Maintaining accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
Requirements:
To succeed in the role you will:
- Have strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with former customers
- Be selfmotivated and driven to succeed in a sales environment
- Be proactive in understanding all our products and services in order match to customer needs
In this role you will learn:
- How to use sales techniques effectively.
- How to provide excellent customer service.
- How to meet SLAs (service level agreements) and KPIs (key performance indicators).
You'll work with:
- Retention Team Manager
- Rachel Heathfield
- Head of Schools
- The wider schools team
