Non Renewal Executive

Location:
Remote or Sheffield, Twinkl HQ

Annual Salary:
£ £21000

Hours:37.5 per week

How you'll spend your day:

Foster strong relationships with inactive or former customers through regular communication and personalised engagement
Work alongside our marketing team to develop and implement winback campaigns to reengage former customers
Maintaining accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions

Requirements:

To succeed in the role you will:

Have strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with former customers
Be selfmotivated and driven to succeed in a sales environment
Be proactive in understanding all our products and services in order match to customer needs

In this role you will learn:

How to use sales techniques effectively.
How to provide excellent customer service.
How to meet SLAs (service level agreements) and KPIs (key performance indicators).
