Non Renewal Executive

Location:
Remote or Sheffield, Twinkl HQ


Annual Salary:
£ £21000


Hours:37.5 per week

How you'll spend your day:


  • Foster strong relationships with inactive or former customers through regular communication and personalised engagement
  • Work alongside our marketing team to develop and implement winback campaigns to reengage former customers
  • Maintaining accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions

Requirements:


To succeed in the role you will:

  • Have strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with former customers
  • Be selfmotivated and driven to succeed in a sales environment
  • Be proactive in understanding all our products and services in order match to customer needs

In this role you will learn:

  • How to use sales techniques effectively.
  • How to provide excellent customer service.
  • How to meet SLAs (service level agreements) and KPIs (key performance indicators).
