Job Description:


  • Support care service reviews, and complete client support plans.
  • Conduct staff supervisions and client QA's.
  • Maintain accurate client and Care Professional records on Home Instead software.
  • Conduct client and Care Professional introductions.
  • Assist with scheduling.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, their families, and other professionals involved in their care.
  • Support and mentor Care Professionals.
  • Maintain regular contact with clients and Care Professionals.
  • Participate in oncall duties as required on a rota basis.
Carry out any other duties deemed necessary for the successful operation of the business.


Qualifications:


  • Min Level 2 NVQ in Health and Social Care and willing to work towards level
  • Experience in the home care sector delivering a wide range of personal care services.
  • Experience of working with MAR sheets and medication.
  • Passion for delivering the highest quality care to our clients and helping them to live independently and happily in their own homes.
  • Knowledge and understanding of legislation and regulations specific to Health and Social Care.
  • Good communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Experience supporting and training Care Professionals.
  • Must understand the importance of confidentiality working within current legislation.
  • Experience managing the "On Call" function in the home care sector.
