Summer Activities Administrator
SUMMARY:
- Ensures the smooth running of the administration side of the activities program
- Handles the creation of activity schedules, assistance in running activities, taking payments from students, securing coaches for trips, etc.
- Works in conjunction with the Activities Manager & Centre Manager

OBJECTIVES:
- To organize the administration of our activity programming system.
- To ensure the highest level of customer service and excellent student feedback
- To maintain EF policies, regulations and criteria of accrediting bodies
- To ensure all health and safety requirements are adhered to
- To help maintain 'one team', where the different departments liaise and interact effectively and efficiently.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage the operation and functionality of the activities programming.
- Deliver efficient and effective results of system management to increase ease of use for consumers.
- Assist in the planning and creation of activities with the Activity Manager & corresponding individuals.
- Control the creation of groups of students in the system.
- Proactively plan out the schedule & timetable of activities for students.
- Takes responsibility for any additional needs of the administration side of the activity program.
- Assists customers where necessary
- Assists with the promotion of school events and excursions, creating, designing or putting up
- Discuss with the activity manager and centre manager the method, planning, and creation of groups to ensure seamless knowledge is spread between the departments.
- Ensures that the manager is made aware of any emergency situations arising
- Discuss with the academic team to ensure there is a cohesive link between the scheduled activities and the lessons.

Job Types:
Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 8-10 weeks

£11.00 per hour
