Description

Our client, a successful and growing business based near Loddon, are seeking an experienced Management Accountant to join their close knit team and a varied role.

This is a great opportunity for a part/newly qualified professional who is looking for a rolethat will allow them to develop and support in the growth of this local business.

Reporting to the Financial Controller the key elements of this role will include:

Production of quarterly management accounts and year-end statutory accounts.
Preparation of monthly VAT returns, and Payroll.
Undertake regular balance sheet reconciliations and help to maintain an accurate purchase

ledger and general ledger.

Provide regular KPI reporting on creditors, work in progress and overhead costs.
Preparation of payment runs
Assist with the annual external audit process.
Assist with documenting and improving processes to ensure the efficient running of the Finance Department.
Part/Newly Qualified Accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA).
Team player willing to get stuck in & assist the Finance team where required.
Proactive problem solver.
Strong communicator comfortable liaising with colleagues outside of Finance.
Excellent Excel skills & proficient in financial software packages.
