PolyPhotonix was established in 2009 and is a bio-photonic research and development company that designs, develops and manufactures non-invasive photonics based medical devices. The company has developed a light based, monitored ophthalmic treatment for the eyesight complications associated with diabetes.
We have an exciting opportunity for an individual to join our rapidly expanding company as a Clinical Services Advisor.
As part of a small team, your role will be key in supporting patients, healthcare professionals and promote sales of the Noctura 400 Sleep Mask.
Your key responsibilities:
Answer the advisory line and manage enquiries from patients and healthcare professionals.
Ensure calls are followed up within agreed timescales either personally or by other team members.
Manage orders of the Noctura 400 mask, programme and arrange dispatches of masks to patients where required.
Liaise with Healthcare Professionals on a regular basis to prevent gaps in treatment.
Review stock to ensure sufficient masks are available to meet requirements, and order new stock when required.
Document and update relevant trackers with patient information, orders, enquiries and complaints in line with business management procedures.
Assist with general admin duties and projects where required.
What we are looking for:
This role would suit an individual with a medical background, in particular diabetes, although this is not a requirement as full training will be given in all aspects.
Customer service skills.
Professional telephone manner.
Comfortable learning the mechanism of diabetic eye disease, how the Noctura 400 mask works and the sales/referral options.
Explaining clinical information to patients and healthcare professionals.
Enjoys working in a team environment.
IT literate and proficient in Microsoft Office packages to intermediate level (Word and Excel).
Self-starter with strong personal motivation and flexible attitude.
Strong organisational skills with project management capabilities and the ability to handle multiple priorities.
