Responsibility of the Portfolio Administrator (London)
- Management of client portfolio records and clients' performance records.
- Filing documentation to evidence any request to add, remove or adjust portfolio records.
- Liaising with investment managers to clarify information relating to portfolio adjustments.
- Verifying and adjusting of stock records daily and accurately.
- Communicating with data providers to ensure accuracy of data feeds.
- Processing corporate events efficiently.
- Arranging probate valuations on behalf of investment managers.
- Calculating capital gains tax accurately.
- Establishing ISA eligibility.
- Attending training sessions to develop knowledge and skills.
Qualifications of the Portfolio Administrator (London):
- Must be available immediately
Salary:
£25,000.00-£29,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
