Salary:
£28-35k + £12k OTE_


We are excited to be searching for a passionate and ambitious sales professional to join the team, helping us to drive growth in the UK market.


This role will entail reaching out to food service operators, including restaurant groups, dark kitchens, food manufacturers, catering companies, meal-kit companies and more, and selling the Collectiv Food service & vision to them.


Belonging to the New Business Function, with daily collaboration with the Growth Director, this role is based in our London office, with frequent travel to customer sites (where permitted).


What you'll be doing:


  • Qualifying, prospecting and creating opportunities for the New Business Managers
  • Utilising sales tools such as Freshsales and Persist IQ to boost productivity
  • Exceeding monthly and weekly targets and KPIs, with the support from the team
  • Taking ownership of building your own pipeline and continue to improve the sales funnel; and ultimately, playing an integral part of Collectiv Food's revenue growth
  • Becoming an expert on the Collectiv Food offering, and an engaged and passionate participant in the world of sustainable food and supplychain

What we're looking for:


  • You have a minimum of 6 months experience within an outbound sales position, or outreaching for new business (not industry specific)
  • You love food, you love sustainability, you are a selfstarter, ambitious, and hungry for success (pun intended)
  • You thrive working in a fast paced, moving environment and have an open mind when it comes to the changing dynamic a startup can bring

  • Hybrid office based (White City, London) and remote working model whilst you can work from the office five days a week if preferred, you can choose to work up to 2 days a week remotely

  • 30-minute phone interview with a member of our Talent team and/ or the hiring manager
  • 45minute face to face interviews with members of the New Business function & representatives of some of our other functions (competency and values focused)
  • 30minute final interview
