We are currently recruiting for an Assistant Accountant to join a rapidly growing business based in Milton Keynes who will need to hit the ground running within the busy finance operation.

With a reputation for quality and excellence, we continually strive to develop our brand and believe that great peopleare at the heart of business success The Assistant Accountant will support the finance team with Accounts Receivable and Payable, month end reporting and completion of reports and KPI's including variance analysis and forecasting

  • Preparation of monthend accounts
  • Balance Sheet reconciliations
  • Preparation of detailed financial analysis
  • Asset reporting and maintenance
  • Development of controls
  • Sales reporting and invoicing
  • Ad hoc management reporting
  • Yearend reporting
Support to the Head of Finance and wider finance team.

Here's what we need from you:

  • AAT qualified or equivalent
  • 2 + years Assistant accounts experience
  • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
  • Problem solving
  • Excellent excel knowledge
