Overview:

Macildowie are working in partnership with a well-respected Legal 500 Law Firm in Warwickshire.


Due to continued growth they are now seeking to appoint a motivated and driven Paralegal to join their Employment Law team.


The Role:


As the successful Employment Paralegal, you will be joining a team of experienced professionals where you will have the opportunity to grow and develop your skillset in the sector.

You can expect to gain exposure to varied Employment Law matters across both contentious and non-contentious files and assist on matters which may include but not restricted to:

  • Redundancy
  • TUPE
  • Disciplinary matters
  • Tribunals

About You:


To be suitable for this Employment Paralegal role, you will be able to demonstrate prior experience within Employment Law and be able to work well as part of a team.

It is also important you have a strong work ethic and possess strong communication skills.
