Reeds Construction and Engineering Ltd are a family business that prides itself on delivering quality service to our customers and has grown to be highly respected within the industry.
Based in Market Lavington, we have a friendly, experienced, and knowledgeable team. We are looking for a Sales Administrator to assist with the growing demands of our business.Responsibilities will include:
- Raising purchase orders and processing purchase invoices
- Raising sales invoices
- Updating social media
- Liaising with customers
- Maintaining databases
- Basic accounting administration experience
- Be able to work on their own initiative and be selforganised
- Be punctual and reliable
- Be a confident communicator
- Have a keen eye and attention to detail
- Have a good standard of personal presentation.
- Be a team player who is happy to be flexible and support other's roles for holiday cover etc
- Be able to multitask and cope under pressure.
Salary is £25,000 p/a.
