Reeds Construction and Engineering Ltd are a family business that prides itself on delivering quality service to our customers and has grown to be highly respected within the industry.

Based in Market Lavington, we have a friendly, experienced, and knowledgeable team. We are looking for a Sales Administrator to assist with the growing demands of our business.


Responsibilities will include:

  • Raising purchase orders and processing purchase invoices
  • Raising sales invoices
  • Updating social media
  • Liaising with customers
  • Maintaining databases
Applicants are required to possess the following skills and attributes:

  • Basic accounting administration experience
  • Be able to work on their own initiative and be selforganised
  • Be punctual and reliable
  • Be a confident communicator
  • Have a keen eye and attention to detail
  • Have a good standard of personal presentation.
  • Be a team player who is happy to be flexible and support other's roles for holiday cover etc
  • Be able to multitask and cope under pressure.
This is a full-time role. Hours are 8.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday with a 1hr lunch break.

Salary is £25,000 p/a.
