Description

The role holder will be responsible for providing advice and guidance on a full range of organisational matters including transformation, employment law, policy implementation, disciplinary and grievance handling, trade union negotiations and dispute resolution.


The role of a Business Partner has a keen understanding of the Council's strategy, providing dynamic solutions using experience, data analysis, and organisational agility to guide decision making.


We are looking for an individual with a wide range of specialist technical experience in dealing with service reviews and restructures in a large, unionised organisation.

The role is hybrid for approximately 6 month, the successful applicant will be required to have flexibility for 3 days office based (within the Liverpool City region) and two days from home.

During the training period there will be a requirement to havea greater presence in the office.

CIPD Level 7 or equivalent

HR Business Partner 5 years exp
