Description

Housekeeping Supervisor required for a prestigious 5-Star Luxury Hotel located in Knightsbridge, Central London, salary £25,000 to £30,000 p/a plus excellent benefits.

As the Housekeeping Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness standards throughout the property.

You will supervise a team of around 8 Room Attendants, ensuring the successful completion of their assigned tasks while offering support and assistance whenever necessary.


As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be responsible for training new team members and addressing any inquiries or needs that arise with the primary goal of delivering a superb guest experience.


Experience

  • Previous experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor, Floor Supervisor or Senior Housekeeper at a similar 4Star or 5Star Hotel or Luxury Serviced Apartment.
  • Track record of leading and motivating teams to provide an exceptional service to guests.
  • Excellent communication skills with a good eye for detail.
