_Are you an organised and proactive Business Support Assistant with wanting to work with a charity? _

  • We are proud to be partnering with a great national charity that h_elps people in financial hardship to gain access to welfare benefits, charitable grants and support services_. They are looking for a Business Support Assistant to support the team on a fulltime basis (5 days a week) initially for 3 months on a temporary basis. Offering hybrid working (1 day a week in London office)._
  • You will provide general administration support to the team and update the CRM database._ You will support staff and governance meetings, including booking venues and meeting rooms, sending diary invites, setting up technology prior to meetings, organising refreshments, producing meeting papers and taking minutes/actions. You will also support the CEO, including diary management, organising and supporting meetings and making travel arrangements. You will_ provide ad hoc support for the Board Secretary, Business Support Manager and the Property Consultant as required._
