As a Maintenance Assistant at Holiday Inn Manchester City Centre, you will be responsible for:

Supporting in the preventative maintenance and routine testing of rooms and equipment, including plumbing, carpentry, painting, decorating and electrical work
Clean interior of the building, as well as machinery and equipment, and exterior of the building
Responding to all maintenance issues within our hotel
Conducting regular fire alarm tests
Ensuring our hotel is both safe and functional for our guests, by conducting regular checks, contributing to ensuring each visitor has an outstanding experience.
Complete administrative duties, such as filling out forms and reporting maintenance statuses to supervisor.
Comply with all safety and health regulations.
Keep inventory of maintenance and cleaning supplies and equipment, and report needs to supervisor.
Work with and maintain relationships with contracted vendors.
