Description

The Communications Lead is an intermediate level position responsible for managing communications from the Markets Architecture and Data team and across the Markets technology function.

This will include

updates to internal websites

  • Organisation and management of Markets Architecture and Data events, including Town Halls and On Sites
  • Production of newsletters
  • Scheduling of Markets Architecture and Data formal and informal training
dissemination of updates related to Architecture and Data policies and procedures


Responsibilities:


  • Produce and distribute Markets Architecture and Data announcements and notifications, in line with Markets Technology communications guidelines
  • Maintain an archive of Markets Architecture and Data communications
  • Create and maintain distribution lists to ensure communications are targeted at the relevant recipients based upon responsibilities or specialist interests
  • Create, maintain and update internal websites for the Market Architecture and Data function.
  • Organise and facilitate Markets Architecture and Data events including the coordination and production of materials, scheduling, management of slido participation and assessment of feedback
  • Facilitate onsites and team building events for the Markets Architecture and Data team
  • Initiate and organise the distribution of information, seminars or training relevant to Markets Architecture and Data processes or procedures, particularly when changes need to be implemented to meet updated requirements.
  • Provide expert advice and support to new joiners across markets to ensure they are fully supported in navigating access, support, facilities and contacts essential to their role.
