Description

Band 6 Diabetes Specialist Nurse needed for 3 months or longer for Diabetes Clinics

There will be face to face and telephone clinics. one to one consultations with type 1 and type 2 patients.

This is a community based role.

Experience is required and prefer RIO/Desmond trained.
