An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Enterprise Ashfield project in delivering comprehensive Start-Up to Scale-Up business support programme across the Kirkby-in-Ashfield and Sutton-in-Ashfield Towns Fund areas.
Working within the project central team, you will assist in the delivery of a variety of business support activities and undertake in a wide range of administrative duties to support the project central team.
You will have demonstrable experience of tackling challenges with enthusiasm; be resilient, flexible and proactive, with the ability to find and implement pragmatic solutions.
In addition to this, Experience of providing administrative support to a diverse team of managers/staff is essential for this role.

About The Role
- Provide full administrative support to the Enterprising Ashfield project team.
- Duties will include the organisation, attendance at and recording of meetings (a number of which will be in person and in locations in the Towns Fund area), purchasing of equipment and services, room and catering booking, and the collation of documents and data as required by the project funder.
- Working closely with the universitywide project management team, the postholder will collect and collate information required for audit purposes and evidence of expenditure.
- Be the first point of contact for businesses and entrepreneurs to advise them of the contractual and evidence requirements to enable the accurate and timely payment of grant
