Job Summary:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Care Assistants to join our team. As a Care Assistant, you will provide essential support to individuals who require assistance with daily activities. Your role will involve helping clients maintain their independence and improve their quality of life.

Responsibilities:

Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
Help clients with mobility and transfers, ensuring their safety at all times
Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals
Assist with meal preparation and feeding, adhering to dietary restrictions if applicable
Perform light housekeeping duties, including tidying up living spaces and doing laundry
Escort clients to appointments or social outings as needed
Document client care activities and report any changes in condition to the appropriate supervisor

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
Compassionate and patient demeanor
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to follow instructions and work independently
Reliable transportation to travel to client locations

Skills:

Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients
Empathy and compassion for individuals in need of care
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
Attention to detail in providing personal care services
Basic knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
