Fox Morris are working with Oxfordshire County Council in relations to finding a Customer Service Advisor to start work ASAP

Responsibilities

Act as a key account holder for communications and engagement activity for several major projects and programmes, taking responsibility for their public profile and for senior internal stakeholder relationships.
Develop and implement communications and engagement plans for projects and programmes to meet corporate and service priorities.
Provide the highest standards of professional communications, engagement and consultation advice and support to service leads and councilors.
Protect and promote the strategic programmes' work and reputation using the full communications, marketing and engagement mix.
Work with the communications and engagement manager and senior communications and engagement officer to ensure effective, legal and safe management and delivery of relevant consultation and engagement activity.
Horizon scan and monitor project and programme activity on media and social media channels escalating issues and concerns.
Contribute to out of hours responses where needed.

You will be required to work Monday-Friday (9:00-5:00pm). This is based on a 6 month contract and the pay negotiable.
