Customer Service Representative


Location:
Addlestone

Salary & Benefits :
£22,000 + bonus potential

Hours: 8.30am - 5.30pm

Your responsibilities.

  • Ensuring you provide excellent customer service
  • Ensuring each customer query is dealt within the deadlines set out by the business
  • Managing complaints effectively and escalating where necessary
  • Working to daily targets / KPIs

About you:

  • You will have worked in a customer service position previously, whether in office or retail/hospitality
  • Confident and clear communication skills with an aptitude for learning and retaining information
  • You are keen to work in a supportive closeknit team
