Ashesi's mission is to propel an African renaissance by educating ethical, entrepreneurial leaders.

Assistant Director, Ashesi Entrepreneurship Centre

Key Responsibilities:

Graphic Design:

Conceptualize and design visually compelling materials for both print and digital platforms, such as marketing collateral, social media assets, and event materials.
Collaborate with the marketing team to maintain brand consistency and adhere to design standards.
Develop visually appealing layouts and infographics for reports, presentations, and publications.
Create and update visual assets for the Centre's website and other online platforms.
Implement design strategies that resonate with the entrepreneurial community.

Photography & Videography:

Capture highquality photographs during events, workshops, and promotional activities.
Edit and enhance photographs to ensure a consistent visual style and quality.
Produce and edit engaging videos to create impactful narratives, including success stories, program highlights, and promotional content.
Curate and manage an organized photo library for easy retrieval and use.

Digital Content Creation:

Generate visually appealing content for various digital platforms, including social media channels, newsletters, and the Center's website.
Collaborate closely with the marketing communications team to optimize visuals for online engagement and user experience.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in graphic design and media production, supported by a diverse portfolio.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro) and other relevant tools.
Strong understanding of design principles, visual storytelling, and emerging trends.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and thrive in a collaborative environment.
