The Role:

You will join a down-to-earth Corporate team as an Associate in the firm's Preston office.


As one of the most active firms in the region in terms of deal volume, and with a strong pipeline of work, this is a genuinely exciting opportunity to join the team as they look to capitalise on their success and continue their dominance in the market.


You will play a lead role in transactions, focusing on M&A work for high-profile, national clients across sectors such as retail, sports, and finance.


You will play a vital role in the team's ongoing growth and have hands-on client contact, allowing you to develop your commercial and BD skills.

Requirements:


  • As a guide, this role would suit a Corporate Lawyer with 2 years PQE
  • Exposure to M&A deals
  • Comfortable building internal and external relationships
  • Have the desire to develop your skills and progress
