Chesterfield

Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5pm (Some flexibility required).


Systems Administrator required for a continuously growing specialised manufacturer of construction products. You'll enjoy a varied and cross functional role.


The successful
Systems Administrator will have a strong analytical background, high level of numeracy skills, organisational, administrative, communication and inter-personal skills.

You will have previous experience with ERP systems (SAP experience is highly desirable) and PowerBI reporting knowledge.

Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office package essential with focus on advance Excel skills (VLOOKUP, SUMPRODUCT, Power Query), experience of desktop publishing software will be advantageous.


The Systems Administer Role:


  • Data Entry: Ensure all current production reports are kept up to date with relevant information and generate any new reports that may be required.
  • Run, interrogate, and circulate reports to members of the team
  • Ensure accuracy of SAP data is maintained to a very high standard.
  • Liaise with production staff to ensure production data is inputted correctly and reported in a timely manner
  • Mentor and train personnel on use of SAP/best practice
  • Assist in the preparation and issuing of company report as required.
  • Undertake research/data analysis for the Factory Manager/Operations Team and make recommendations.
  • Prepare reports on how the company is performing against KPIs and Targets
  • Continuously look at ways to develop systems to improve the performance and efficiencies of your role
  • Assist other departments when required to ensure company objectives are achieved.
