We have an exciting opportunity to join #TeamEMR as aTrain Presentation Operative.
The London Train Presentation team, work with other members of the of the Fleet Delivery team to ready the fleet for service.
Some of the responsibilities are:
- Clean East Midlands Railway fleet carriages to a high standard
- Work to high standards within a tight deadline
- Work as part of a team to ensure carriages are ready for service on time each day
- Ensure excellent customer service is maintained through quality of work and customer facing opportunities
- Perform water tanking on the train
- Work to health and safety standards in all aspects of their work
- On occasion, work from alternative East Midlands Railway locations if required
- On occasion, travel on trains across our network to assist with cleaning duties
You will be a motivated individual with the desire to contribute to a customer service focused environment through your work.
Please note this post requires shift working ranging from , 7 days a week.
