We are advertising on behalf of our client, a highly reputable local business for an Accounts and Business Administrator, for their busy Exeter Office.
This position can be either full or part time but will ideally encompass a 5-day working week.
PURPOSE OF ROLE
To oversee the companies accounts and business administration, collating monthly figures for reporting purposes, managing company payroll, payments, and spending control.
KEY DUTIES
- Daily company banking.
- Overseeing client accounting.
- Collating and paying company invoices.
- Managing monthly payroll and expenses.
- Preparing figures for monthly management accounts.
- SAGE reconciliation.
- Company compliance and insurances.
- Management of company fleet.
- Stationery and facilities management.
- All other administrative duties as required.
KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- 23 years working in an accounts department.
- Previous experience in the property industry is desirable but not essential.
- IT literate, knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Strong organisational, time management skills and attention to detail.
- To be able to multitask in a fastpaced environment.
