Description

We are advertising on behalf of our client, a highly reputable local business for an Accounts and Business Administrator, for their busy Exeter Office.
This position can be either full or part time but will ideally encompass a 5-day working week.


PURPOSE OF ROLE


To oversee the companies accounts and business administration, collating monthly figures for reporting purposes, managing company payroll, payments, and spending control.


KEY DUTIES

  • Daily company banking.
  • Overseeing client accounting.
  • Collating and paying company invoices.
  • Managing monthly payroll and expenses.
  • Preparing figures for monthly management accounts.
  • SAGE reconciliation.
  • Company compliance and insurances.
  • Management of company fleet.
  • Stationery and facilities management.
  • All other administrative duties as required.

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • 23 years working in an accounts department.
  • Previous experience in the property industry is desirable but not essential.
  • IT literate, knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Strong organisational, time management skills and attention to detail.
  • To be able to multitask in a fastpaced environment.
