Haulfryn family has a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Finance Commercial Partner reporting
to the Head of Finance. This role is to provide the business with all (weekly,
monthly & quarterly) company reporting and KPI's, including their
development to aid business decision making, but excludes statutory reporting. This
role will lead all financial processes such as Cash Flow Forecasting, Budgeting
and Rolling Forecasts, and provide the framework for Park Finance Business
Partners to proactively shape the outcome of those processes as necessary.

What Will You Do

  • Data,

analysis and Insight including production of:

  • Weekly monthly and quarterly KPI's and reports
  • Proactive cash flow forecast and projections
  • Responsible for implementing key financial processes
including budgeting and rolling/formal re-forecast

  • Review and analysis of the monthly management accounts
for the parks challenging areas that require further investigation and having a
clear understanding of variances against prior year and budget in order to
communicate to senior management

  • The finance representative of key business wide initiatives
and projects to provide commercial and financial rigor

  • Prepare financial models and analysis including pre
investment appraisal and post completion reviews

  • Personally interact and network with the team at
central services and on park as necessary to encourage a culture of ongoing
positive relationships to benefit and promote the business

  • Contribute
to the wider strategic objectives of the Group including operations on parks


What Will You Bring

  • Internal customer orientation, with proven experience
of facilitating informed decision making

  • Positive attitude and keen to work and be part of a
great team

  • Ideally from a multisite consumer facing business, particularly
holiday and residential Park sector, whilst not critical it would be highly
advantageous

  • Good understanding of financial transactions
including double entry bookkeeping

  • Methodical, accurate, agile and able to meet
deadlines

  • Advanced and proficient experience using Excel
including Pivot Tables, V-Lookups and basic formulas

  • Probably several years PQE ACCA / CIMA qualifications
  • Strong financial modelling and analytical skills to
provide data and insight to facilitate informed decision making

  • Ability to work through detail and also consider
strategic implications

  • Strong commercial skills
  • Competent and proficient presenting to senior stake
holders

  • Excellent numeracy and communication skills
  • Able to work within a fastpaced environment

country
