Finance Sales Ledger Assistant
Location Stevenage

Kaboodle Ltd is a leading kitchen appliance installation company based in Stevenage, Hertfordshire


We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Finance Officer/Sales Ledger Assistant to join our team in Stevenage, Hertfordshire to help manage the day-to-day accounting entries.

This role will require you to support the busy accounts department of 3, reporting to the Financial Controller.


Duties:

The key responsibilities of the Finance Officer will include the following:

  • Maintain debtor ledgers
  • specifically the House Builder sector
  • Processing of invoices, proformas and valuations to strict monthly deadlines
  • Customer claim backs
  • Sending monthly customer statements
  • Credit Control
  • Bank and CID postings
  • Month end prep work and reporting
  • Ad hoc analytical reports and projects
  • Preparing weekly reports, administration and other duties as required by the Financial Controller

Requirements:


  • Experience in (Sage Line 50/Sage 200)
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Pivot tables and VLOOKUP
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Good organisation skills with the ability to prioritise workload
  • Strong communication skills
