Description
As the Sales Manager, you will:
- Develop and execute effective sales and marketing campaigns to drive growth and extend the company's customer base
- Coach and develop a small sales and marketing team, whilst also leading on opportunities directly
- Work closely with partners, developing ongoing relationships
- Driving and managing every aspect of sales cycle from prospecting to closure
- Identification of new markets and changes to existing ones while being fully aware of new products and the competition
- Designing and implementing a gotomarket strategy
- New business presentations with assistance from presales support teams
Profile
As the Sales Manager, you will:
- Have a proven track record and building and closing sales opportunities
- Have some management experience, whether as a team leader, mentor, etc
- Have worked closely with, or managed a Marketing function before
- Have knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics, or similar
- Have a strong track record selling IT Managed Services, software, SAAS, ERP solutions
- Be willing to travel to Birmingham, though hybrid working operates, along with the requirements to travel to clients
Job Offer
Up to £75,000 Basic Salary + OTE
