  • Assign general ledger codes with department and location categories;
  • Initiate and process weekly check runs;
  • Set up new vendors in the ERP system ensuring vendor information and payment terms are correct;
  • Processes invoices for payment;
  • Managing and dealing with queries related to the AP inbox
  • Research and resolves all issues related to vendor statements, overpayments, and credits.

The Successful Applicant:


  • Background and experience in accounts payable
  • Desire to work within finance
  • Desire to manage a small team
  • Great attention to detail
  • Ability to work within a busy environment
  • Strong communicator both written and verbal
