- Assign general ledger codes with department and location categories;
- Initiate and process weekly check runs;
- Set up new vendors in the ERP system ensuring vendor information and payment terms are correct;
- Processes invoices for payment;
- Managing and dealing with queries related to the AP inbox
- Research and resolves all issues related to vendor statements, overpayments, and credits.
The Successful Applicant:
- Background and experience in accounts payable
- Desire to work within finance
- Desire to manage a small team
- Great attention to detail
- Ability to work within a busy environment
- Strong communicator both written and verbal
