    About the Role

    This exciting opportunity is for a Senior Project Manager to lead high-impact transformation projects. Your role will involve turning proposals into actionable plans, balancing structured project management with flexible and adaptive approaches to deliver impactful results.

    Using your experience, you'll be crucial in challenging the status quo and exploring new ways to deliver projects safely and effectively.

    Your Responsibilities

    • Drive Project Delivery: Take ownership of projects from start to finish, aligning them with business goals, staying on time and budget, and meeting high-quality standards.
    • Developing Plans: Create comprehensive project plans that adapt to changing requirements while balancing scope, resources, timelines, and budgets.
    • Build Strong Teams: Mobilise teams, encourage collaboration across different functions, and maintain engagement and momentum throughout the project.
    • Manage Risks and Issues: Identify and address risks and obstacles early, adjusting plans to keep projects on track.
    • Focus on Results: Stay committed to achieving project outcomes by doing what's needed to drive success, while seeking ways to improve project delivery.
    • Manage Seamless Transitions: Ensure a smooth handover of project outputs to business-as-usual operations.

    What We Offer
