Description

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze project specifications and requirements to develop accurate cost estimates
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information for estimating purposes
  • Conduct thorough research to determine material, labor, and equipment costs
  • Prepare detailed cost breakdowns and estimates for bidding purposes
  • Review and analyze supplier quotes and negotiate pricing to ensure competitive advantage
  • Utilize estimating software and systems to generate accurate and timely estimates
  • Maintain documentation of all estimates, including supporting data and assumptions Experience:
  • Proven experience as an Estimator in a similar industry
  • Strong knowledge of estimating principles, techniques, and methodologies
  • Familiarity with logistics and supply chain processes
  • Proficiency in using estimating software and systems (e.g., Oracle EBS)
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex project requirements
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in estimating costs

Salary:
£35,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
