£32,367 - £36,910 (depending on experience and location)

This is an unique opportunity to join our IT Change team as a Project Support Assistant, as we undergo growth and investment - help us deliver and innovate new initiatives/projects.

About This Opportunity


Lloyds Bank Corporate Markets - Islands are in the process of expanding our digital footprint via a number of exciting and innovative initiatives.


To help our growth strategy accelerate we're recruiting a number of key roles within our IT Change team, with locations based across Jersey, Guernsey and the Isle of Man.


We're looking for individuals who can work across a number of digital change deliveries - from working within our newly created agile lab, focussed on banking app development and innovation, through to large scale waterfall change deliveries, all of which will help transform our digital footprint across the Islands.

As a Project Support Assistant your responsibilities will include:

  • Support tracking budgets and bring variances to the attention of senior colleagues, working within established budgeting systems.
  • Support & manage delivery plans and associated resources
  • Support tracking of risk parameters and identify and report any major deviation to more senior colleagues, working within established risk management systems.
  • Vendor and supplier management
  • ensuring delivery objectives are tracked and progressing to plan

What You'll Need- Evidenced ability to manage own time, prioritise and self motivate.- Strong communication & interpersonal skills- Ability to create space to learn and collaborate; and a desire to innovate and test new ideas- Resilience and adaptability- Must be willing to undertake formal Project Management qualifications (MSP, Prince 2, APM or equivalent

And Any Experience Of These Would Be Really Useful- Previous experience working within Financial services or in digital delivery environment- Interest in/ awareness or digital innovations in the market place - not specifically in banking
