Cartwright Vehicle Conversions is a conversion manufacturer based in Belton DN9, nr Scunthorpe, that offers a wide range of converted vehicles for the commercial market, mobility, ambulance, police, temperature control, and security sectors.


Due to exciting developments and new contracts of work, we are currently recruiting for a
Vehicle Management & Security Supervisor to join our newly formed vehicle compound team.


You will be responsible for:


  • To supervise the daily activity of the compound, vehicle security and associated admin.
  • Manage all inbound and outbound flows, ensuring carriers adhere to site rules and practices.
  • Ensure that all vehicles are processed in a timely manner to achieve internal and external SLA's.
  • Root cause any complaints or service failures and implement robust solutions for the future.
  • Monitor staff efficiencies and implement improvement to achieve set KPI's.
  • Ensure teams are sufficiently trained to perform their duties.
  • Communicate all relevant information in a precise and clear manner.
  • To carry out vehicle inspections as per set standards
  • Ensure all vehicle information is recorded accurately on the database; Make, Model, Chassis & mileage.
  • Process vehicles within set timeframes to ensure SLA's are adhered to.
  • Record accurate damage and missing items information.
  • Provide clear photos to support damage claims.
  • Assist with compound movements as and when required.
  • Communicate all relevant information in a precise and clear manner.
  • Ensure own working area remains tidy and conducive to a safe working environment, ensuring all site rules are adhered to.
  • Adhoc duties as and when required from time to time by your line manager.
  • Maintain focus and flexibility towards tasks and responsibilities expected in the role.
  • Demonstrate effective communication skills, both verbally, written and as a presentation, with the ability to deliver appropriate messages in a consistent and timely manner.
  • Have excellent customer service skills.

Knowledge required in this role:


  • Word, Excel, and inhouse systems.
  • Good and up to date product knowledge.
  • Experience in compound management and vehicle logistics
  • Understanding of and compliance with the Trek-Group CVC/SVP policies.
A full car driving licence is essential for this role


The working hours are between 8:30am and 5:00pm Monday to Friday with 30 minutes for lunch.
