£85-£95 per day

TimePlan Education is currently seeking a dedicated Primary Teaching Assistant to join our team in Hertford.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Assist the classroom teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
  • Provide onetoone support to students who may require additional assistance.
  • Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Assist with classroom management and behaviour management strategies.
  • Support the teacher with administrative tasks and lesson preparation.

Requirements:


  • Previous experience working in a classroom setting is preferred.
  • Experience working with children is essential.
  • Relevant qualifications in education or childcare are advantageous.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patience, empathy, and a passion for working with children.
