Customer Service Advisor / Brand Ambassador's Core Duties

  • Manage and screen incoming calls, and forward them on appropriately
  • Be a brand ambassador and present the products to potential customers
  • Support in the organisation of customer events and launches
  • Provide logístical and administrative support
  • Be professional and courteous at all times
  • Oversee the tidiness and cleanliness of the studio

Customer Service Advisor / Brand Ambassador's Skills Required

  • Educated to Alevel standard
  • Experience working with premium hotel brands or luxury retail (automotive experience highly desirable)
  • Experience in customer care or premium hospitality
  • Good team working experience
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bestinclass customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Driving license class B (desirable)
  • Ability to work 5 days per week covering Monday to Sundays on a rotation basis
