Job Summary:
We are seeking an IT Apprentice to join our team.

This position offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in IT support and services while working closely with experienced professionals.


Responsibilities:


  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, connection, printer and software issues reported.
  • Monitor and remove virus, spyware and other nonauthorized software.
  • Monitoring security alerts created by SOC/EDR/Anti-Virus software to remedy any issues created.
  • Help increase security throughout support devices using RMM tool.
  • Work alongside engineers with running and resolving issues found with pen and vulnerability testing.
  • Perform regular customer site checks, undertake routine maintenance and server checks.
  • Answering the phones in a polite and professional manner.
  • Logging new tickets using Autotask
  • Escalating any support tickets unable to be dealt with to the level 2 support.
  • Assisting Technical Team at customer site with tasks set for example cabling issues, support, new PC set up etc.
  • Provide excellent customer service at all times.

Pay:
£13,000.00-£16,000.00 per year
