The scope of this role will cover all people processes relating to Talent and Performance (talent acquisition, talent management, talent development and people performance).

This encompasses attraction, recruitment, onboarding, learning and development, performance management, talent management, development, succession and retention.

What will you be doing?


Reporting into the Global Process Director - People, you'll be crafting and implementing process design and deployment, in line with key strategic priorities, ensuring alignment and execution of SThree's vision, purpose and to meet and exceed performance targets.

This role will drive the adoption of principles that "reduce employee turnover, reduce the time to effectiveness and increase retention" whilst adopting the principle of "one global process with only local legal variants.".


This role will have overall responsibility of 'as-is' process mapping, defining the 'to-be' process design driving cost reduction and efficiencies via targeted and documented process changes.


Some areas of focus include:


  • End to end ownership for the talent acquisition, onboarding, learning and performance processes, to include defining standard operating procedures, process design, business requirements, target operating model, functional capabilities of the People team, associated system / platform capabilities and identification of integrations.
  • Own, lead and control all Global talent acquisition processes documentation associated with the definition, training and onward operation of the People function, processes working in conjunction with the People Platform Lead to ensure the associated People technology is included.
  • Work closely with the business and key stakeholders to ensure that the deployment is successful, to identify key problems, and to overcome any obstacles with the successful adoption of new ways of working and new technologies.
  • Continuously benchmarking internal processes against standards to resolve gaps, opportunities for improvement and alignment with design requirements to ensure futureproof solutions and continuous improvement culture for People function in the long term.
  • Monitor process area performance indicators to help analyse noncompliance with its overall delivery and quality performance metrics.
  • Work alongside the People Platform Lead and People Process Lead to achieve coherent and efficient endtoend process globally across all People functions.
  • Demonstrating leadership support for all functional initiatives and organisational development activities, modelling expected behaviours to create a desired workplace culture.
  • Ensuring all future processes are in line with an overall improvement of the risk register scoring and strong robust controls across the People function

What skills, experience and qualifications should you have?

  • Deep knowledge of endtoend HR/ People processes and best practices, technologies, and service delivery metrics, in relation to attraction, recruitment, onboarding, learning and development, talent development and retention.
  • Prior experience of People transformation, especially in relation to end of end talent Acquisition, talent management, onboarding, employee development, and performance, including system selection, organisational change and service delivery transformation within a Global Talent Acquisition, Management and Performance function with high volume of talent acquisition activities.
  • Experience in leading and running multinational and global initiatives; crossfunctional, complementary teams.
  • Confirmed business insight and business management.
  • A proven track record of running a transformation project by engagement with all staff, SME's systems integrators, key stakeholders sharing of vision, values, and results.
  • Proven experience in project management, process engineering and improvement.
  • Experience of driving innovation, identifying efficiencies, and streamlining processes, in particular process reengineering/automation.
