Opportunity for a project engineer or project manager to join a market leader as a project leader On offer are a competitive salary, a good benefits package, and a 3 pm Friday finish
The hiring company are a well-established, specialist manufacturing company backed by a parent company with a global presence. The organisation manufacture a range of high-specification products and benefits from ongoing investment.

As the project leader, you will act as the internal focal point and effectively lead, coordinate and organise resources for NPI, NPD and VA/VE projects

Detailed duties will include:

Creating and maintaining project plans with regular reporting on progress and project risk.
Coordinating all crossfunctional project activities, encouraging collaborative working practices.
Liaising with multiple departments and stakeholders; building and maintaining effective working relationships.
Delivering projects according to the NPI gateway process and agreed timescale, quality and budget.
Producing project CapEx requests, costed BOMs and other business case documentation.
Experience in project management
Experience in a regulated manufacturing industry, automotive, medical, oil and gas, aerospace etc.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisation skills
