We are an established online business with a significant presence on platforms such as Amazon, eBay, Google, and other leading marketplaces.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily bookkeeping operations.
- Process payroll for employees and ensure timely payouts.
- Create, send, and track invoices ensuring timely payments.
- Reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Work closely with our sales and operations teams to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Ensure accurate entry and management of data in Xero.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial statements.
- Comply with all federal, state, and local legal requirements.
- Assist in any financial audits or reviews.
- Recommend financial actions by analyzing accounting options.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven bookkeeping experience.
- Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable/receivable principles.
- Experience with Xero accounting software is a must.
- Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records.
- Experience in ecommerce or online retail settings is a plus.
- A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
