Site Foreman

Responsibilities

Work with Assistant Site Managers and Site Managers to ensure all housekeeping issues are maintained and addressed
Monitoring the standard of work from all trades on site
Liaise with Asst Stie Manager and Site Manager re progress of projects and to ensure tasks are completed on time
Ensure all H & S standards are adhered to and maintained at all times
Ensure daily snagging on projects is carried out
Liaise with subcontractors and Trades
Ensure safe loading of equipment and materials
Ensure Site is maintained to a clean and orderly fashion
Assist with day to day project work
Reporting on specific projects to Site Manager
Attend weekly communication and briefing meetings
