Description

Would you relish a hands-on, practical role where you get to make a real difference, with the opportunity to gain new skills and qualifications, with no two days ever the same?

If so, we may have just the job for you...

An Estates Team Member at Brambletye School has a key role, in assisting to ensure that the school buildings, site, and grounds are maintained throughout to the highest standard.

From carrying out general maintenance or more advanced repairs or upgrades on our buildings, to marking out pitches, mowing the grass and general countryside management, the post holder will be involved in a wide range of duties at the school.

The trainee role is a brand new role to Brambletye, that offers the opportunity to learn and gain qualifications, whilst working full-time.

The postholder will be involved with a wide range of activities across the estate, working within a small, very supportive and highly regarded team.

Running alongside the job will be a bespoke training package, which will allow the postholder to gain a range of qualifications.

For this position, no previous experience or qualifications are needed, however, an excellent work ethic, reliability, and a commitment to learning and developing new skills, is an absolute must.

Please note that this is a physically demanding position, and one where you will be outside in all weathers.

We are happy to be flexible about the start date, and the salary offered for this role will be highly competitive, with both to be discussed at interview.
