Due to company growth here at Office Move London, we are currently recruiting for a Supervisor to ensure and manage the logistics and safeguarding of staff.

We have a fantastic team, who support and help each other every day, and we are looking for an experienced Supervisor who wants to be a part of our journey at this exciting time.

As a supervisor you will be leading, managing and motivating teams of up to 20 people on any given day.

Helping with the moving/relocating/installing office furniture and other items internally, to new premises, recycling centres or via storage.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Motivating team members and helping them, dealing with any queries and de escalating any issues that may arise
• Driving company vehicles as entitlements allow.
• Leading and managing small to large moves/projects and working in conjunction with a the operations team.
• Educating, training and developing other team members in delivery emphasising best practice, quality and standards
• Ensure working practices are safe and follow company best practice standards
• Acting as a client liaison on site between different departments and the onsite team
• Completing regular removals activities as and when required

ABOUT YOU

• Previous Supervisor or Team Leader experience within removals or production settings is required
• The ability to motivate and manage a team
• Full UK Driving licence required
• A strong team player but who can work on his or her own initiative
• Physically fit and able to lift to 35kg
• Thrives working in a fastpaced environment

Salary:
£35,000.00-£48,000.00 per year
