Key Responsibilities for the Helpdesk Administrator:

  • First point of contact for all telephone enquiries regarding IT support
  • Logging tickets and collecting in depth information around the issues the customer is having
  • Troubleshooting where possible and completing first time fixes
  • Escalating to second line where required
  • Ensuring you are providing excellent customer service at all times
  • Accurately updating records and documents

Key Skills for the Helpdesk Administrator:

  • Ideally some IT experience in a commercial setting
  • Passion for a career in IT
  • Excellent customer service
  • Must have valid right to work in the UK
