Position: 1:1 Learning Support Assistant

Salary Scale:
£75-£100 per day

Responsibilities of a Learning Support Assistant:
- Provide dedicated one-to-one support to a specific student with unique learning requirements.
- Assist in the implementation of individualized education plans tailored to the student's needs.
- Collaborate with teachers, Special Education Coordinators, and other professionals to effectively support the student.
- Foster a positive and supportive relationship with the student to enhance their wellbeing and engagement.
- Monitor and track the student's progress, offering feedback to the teacher and parents as necessary.
- Work alongside other professionals to ensure a holistic support system for the student.
Qualifications and Skills of a Learning Support Assistant:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated patience, adaptability, and a genuine passion for supporting student success.
- Initiative and a willingness to collaborate effectively with the teaching team.
- Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential.
